**Hours**: 16 Hours per week

**Shift Pattern**:Monday - Friday, 15:00 - 18:00 with a 16:45 finish on Fridays (Operative), 18:00 - 18:30 with a 17:00 finish on Fridays (Supervisor)

**Salary**:£9.55 per Hour (Operative), £10.64 per Hour (Supervisor)

**Job Introduction**

As a combined Cleaning Operative & Supervisor in Penrith, you’ll be quality-focused and be able to work on your own initiative to lead and manage a team of cleaners. **What you’ll do**:

- Induct, train and advise the team on how to clean to the standards identified in the site specifications
- Complete and maintain relevant records (e.g. Quality Assurance documentation; Health & Safety records; training logs; timesheets etc.) accurately and on time
- Build great relationships with your team/colleagues and your customers
- Supervise the site, ensuring work is completed to an agreed schedule and to required standards
- Clean, stock and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Be punctual with your time-keeping; operating a quick and efficient cleaning service without compromising on quality of the service delivered
- Ensure uniforms are worn at all times on site; displaying a professional image of our company
- Follow instructions when given for specific requirements at various facilities
- Be capable of working alone
- Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you’re doing

**Requirements**:
Previous cleaning and supervisory experience leading a team (1+ Years) is essential for this role.

**Additional Information**

Due to the nature of the site an Enhanced DBS check will be required and paid for by the Company.
