Nursery Practitioner

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Observe and monitor children's development and behavior - Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's progress - Maintain a clean and organized nursery space - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or daycare setting - Knowledge of child development principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children Skills: - Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities - Excellent observation and supervision skills - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities - Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the children and the nursery environment - Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting We offer competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
