SF Recruitment are looking for an Estates Administrator to join a key client of ours based in Alfreton. This is a 12 month FTC to cover someone's maternity leave.
This role involves identifying which party is responsible for the type of job and then engaging the right person to fulfil it. Planning is also a major part of the role, planning in when certification is due and checking that the contract will complete it inthe timescale required. They will also need to co-ordinate our own estates team to attend sites and complete work
Main duties will include
- Receiving Estates related calls and logging onto Estates database
- Seek Director authorization for jobs and action when approved
- Liaise with Landlords to progress estates and certification jobs
- Raise and issue order numbers for outside contractors
- Chase outstanding jobs & update the database
- Attend weekly meetings with Operations Director and Estates Manager to give updates on jobs
- Manage EHO, Fire legislation, and Health & Safety risk assessments on the database & liaise with Estate Managers and contractors
- Pre book all planned certification jobs
- Chase all certifications
- Arrange Sky and BT installs
- Log insurance claims and collate information in regard to claims
- Agree weekly management returns and ensure supporting documentation is in order
- Process weekly management returns to Sage using bespoke system
- Process stock results into database
- Reconcile monthly company credit card statements
