We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, to join our team as a **Drivers Mate**; you will be honest, reliable and courteous with a strong work ethic.

Working as part of a team you must be efficient and effective, highly organized, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.

**Responsible to**

Logistics Supervisor

**Base Location**

Pershore, Worcestershire

**Key Duties**
- Assisting the driver with deliveries
- Load and unload products for delivery
- Assist in the warehouse when required
- The ability to work flexibly
- Assist site teams in moving and fitting products
- Providing excellent customer service
- Heavy lifting and manual handling

**Person Specification**

**Experience**

**Desirable**
- Loading and unloading commercial vehicles
- Shop-fitting
- Warehouse

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Essential**
- A good level of general fitness

**Desirable**
- English C or above
- Mathematics C or above

**Attitudes**
- Willingness to accommodate early starts and occasional long days
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliability and punctuality

**Other Notes**
- Ability to travel to Pershore office independently
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- Ability to work some weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
