Excellent opportunity for proactive, dynamic, PA Secretary ideally with previous PA/experience of working cross functionally for a large company.
On joining this well-established City Insurance company you will work on a twelve-month FTC Contract
**About the Role**
- This is a varied role as you would expect ensuring continuous support to the International Team, responding quickly both in and out of set hours, providing diary and time management and pro-actively managing diary clashes/planning to maximise efficientand reduce duplication of meetings, and booking travel and accommodation for the team and their direct reports.

**Responsibilities extend to include.**:

- Arranging meeting rooms/venues and appropriate resources
- Providing IT support to General Counsel, International & Head of Colleague Resources, International" Supporting the International team with preparation for meetings and conferences as required including PowerPoint presentations, word documents & spreadsheets
- Compiling quarterly disputes reporting for International" Formatting/editing contracts for Legal & CR Team.

**Administrative support**:

- Manage expenses claims International Team" Invoice Processing for CR & Legal Team" Attend virtual and physical meetings to take minutes and manage follow up and actions efficiently" Liaise closely with other teams and PAs across Americas and Internationalterritories" Other activities as identified by International Team to support business priorities

**You will have/will be**:

- Demonstrable experience in a PA role, supporting at a senior level" Strong attention to detail and ability to organise executives effectively

**Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written**:

- Accurate reporting" Ability to use initiative and challenge the norm to always ensure continuous improvement in ways of working" Demonstrated proactivity, interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team"Integrity and discretion
- Proactive approach to individually identifying requirements across the International team" Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met, with the ability to prioritise workload without close supervision" Ability to work to tightdeadlines" Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
