The Colleges' Partnership is seeking a Learner Mentor to support learners through reviews and delivery of Functional Skills as they complete their Army apprenticeship. This full-time (37 hours per week), role is primarily based in Tern Hill, though travel to other sites may be required.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assessing/reviewing learners
- Delivering Functional Skills Training and invigilation
- Acting as a mentor and coach to learners, providing information, advice, and guidance as required
- Identifying safeguarding concerns or additional support needs
- Learning & Skills Teacher L5, or equivalent (e.g. DET), or willing to work towards
- Assessor Coach L4, or equivalent (e.g. CAVA), or willing to work towards
- Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent
- Experience of teaching or delivery to learners
