**Duties**:
Support the Sales Director and the Sales Management Team.
Manage monthly reporting to the Board, the functional businesses, and for the Sales Team.
Develop and manage data analysis.
Provide reports to the Directors.
Maintain and update Matrix Networks in house computer systems.
Provide planning and organisational support to the Business.
Set up and maintain accurate systems.
Complete reports and administer all paperwork and reports accurately and to time.
Provide Annual leave cover to fellow business administrators in our other offices
**What you'll need to succeed**Excellent organisational skills
Strong use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to communicate at all levels
Able to prioritise workload
