**Position Overview**

**Duties and Accountabilities**

Drafting documents including business cases, LPQs, EC dossiers, Firm meeting slides etc

Ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes for the wider team.

Responsibility for helping to organise all Lateral Partner and New Partner Review Meetings along with the preparation and circulation of supporting materials.

Field queries and provide updates to key stakeholders in the absence of the Partner Associate Director.

**Essential Job Requirements**
- Knowledge of legal recruitment market practices desirable (some exposure to partner recruitment
- ideal).
- Experience of professional services environment, ideally at a law firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong experience of diary management and scheduling (frequently across multiple time zones).
- Attention to detail and accuracy paramount.
- Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Team orientated with a willingness to roll up sleeves and help out whenever necessary.
- Ability to work under own initiative as required
