**Full time 35 hours per week, term time only + Training Days**

**Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm**

**Grade D - E**

We are looking to appoint an organised and dedicated professional to become our new established School Administrator, based at Sicklinghall Community Primary School.

As we are a hands-on school, you will be the face and voice of our lovely and welcoming school where no two days are the same. You will deal with a wide range of different tasks and situations - sometimes at short notice. These range from parental engagement, supporting the Headteacher in correspondence, organising school trips, monitoring pupil attendance, dealing with first aid, dealing with invoices and money and invoices, and lunch and playtime duties to name but a few The days are very busy but each one is unique

We are looking for:

- A colleague who has a welcoming 'front of house’ manner; is friendly and approachable and will be part of a strong reliable team.
- Someone who has respect for confidentiality and has the ability to work under pressure and prioritise their time effectively.
- Proven experience with using technology and is able to multi task and use different systems at the same time.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a school or office environment and ideally have experience of using Scholar Pack / Parent Pay / Evolve (although training will be provided)
- Someone who understands that Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and who will take responsibility for safeguarding issues alongside the Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher or when the Leadership Team are offsite or at the other school.
- Ability to be flexible with day to day changes.
- Someone with a proactive ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Someone committed and reliable.

**Salary**: £11.98-£13.02 per hour
