The role of Business Travel Sales Manager will encompass a mix of managing and leading a small team of competent Business Travel Consultants as well as personally looking after a small portfolio of your own.

And of course you'll guide the team to create more sales opportunities whilstretaining the incredible service they’ve become known for and their clients love.

Working directly with the owners of the business you'll be sharing ideas and industry developments. You’ll have the opportunity to forge a unique role for yourself and with your determination plus the support of a fantastic management team, you can quicklycarve out a career path within a growing, independent company.

**What are we looking for?**

For the position of Business Travel Sales Manager, we’re in need of a couple of key things that you love (and that motivate you to come in to work everyday)
- **Targets**: Ok, many people don’t like that word. But if you’re a true Sales Manager, you’ll love it. Because you know that meeting targets means huge financial rewards and this job certainly delivers on that.
- **Business Development**: You’ll enjoy creating new opportunities, making and exploring new networks, seeking out new business from within them and watching as you chip away at potential new clients, excited by the prospect of them one daygiving you a chance.
- **Business Travel**: You’ll have experience in sourcing and booking travel for corporate companies and find it challenging, exciting, enjoyable and rewarding.
- **Leading**: You’ll definitely have to enjoy managing others. We’re looking for a motivational and inspirational person who takes their team through the highs and the lows but keeps them engaged, develops them and above all, makes sure they’rehappy.

(The role is based in **Kent and is fully office based, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm**and comes with a negotiable basic salary and an extremely rewarding and highly achievable commission scheme)
