Tree Surveyor

Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a **Tree Surveyor** who will be able work as part of a mobile team based Plymouth, covering **The South West (Cornwall, Devon, & Somerset)**

**Job Purpose**

As a **Tree Surveyor**, your responsibilities include performing all aspects of tree inspections and surveys to ensure a **top-class horticultural environment** for our clients. You will also be required to respond to client enquiries, Identify additional tree works, carry out tree risk assessments, and keep up to date on all Arboricultural training and developments.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Passionate about the **environment** with a keen eye for detail.
- Tree Surveyor experience
- Tree identification skills
- Pest and disease identification skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Health and Safety issues and the relevant legislation
- Ability to check/ liaise with local authorities to identify areas with TPOs and conservation areas
- Microsoft Office experience or equivalent
- Professional tree inspectors qualification is essential
- Full driving licence is essential
- Flexible in approach to work and willing to work outside in all weathers
