The HR Coordinator helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by being by effectively supporting the business and employees through the timely and consistent completion of quality first line transactional HR activity. The role will provide a professional, high quality HR service to employees and managers; providing advice and guidance over the telephone or via the HR case management system.

This role will be based on site at our Reading Hub office, working closely with a team of HR professionals. You’ll be working 35 hours per week, worked 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Essential**
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent (QCF levels 1-2 / SQCF levels 4-5)
- Proven experience of providing an administrative/coordination service to internal and external customers.
- Good understanding of employment legislation.
- A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with queries and providing resolutions and/or advice within SLAs.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data protection principles to ensure compliance.
- Interest, experience and commitment to learn more about systems, Reward and Benefits.
- Flexible and organised approach to work - must be able to work on multiple tasks across the day and be willing to switch when required.
- Demonstrable excellent customer services skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
