Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including purchasing and reconciling purchase invoices, coordinating with the project team for timely delivery of hardware, processing sales orders in line with company standards, and managing goods received and stock systems. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Purchase hardware and reconcile purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of hardware to clients.

Work closely with the sales team to process sales orders in accordance with company standards.

Receive goods and ensure accurate booking into the stock system.

Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to sales activities.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Provide support to the sales team by generating reports, preparing quotations, and assisting with client inquiries.

Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably within the Audio Visual and Video Conferencing industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and issues.

Familiarity with purchasing processes and invoice reconciliation.

Knowledge of stock control systems is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (based on full-time employment).

Monday to Friday work schedule, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
