**Main Duties**

Hands-on role and will involve looking after guests throughout the day from lunch to dinner service, to looking after our fabulous wedding guests to serving amazing cocktails, wine and the perfect gin and tonic in the evening.

You should also be ready to assist other departments if needed to ensure the overall hotel vision is achieved.

Ensure that the agreed standards of service are consistently delivered across the department, and customer expectations are exceeded.

Ensuring a “can-do” attitude at all times

Identify and recognise the customer need and respond proactively to that need.

**About you**:

- You will thrive being ‘hands on’ and delivering excellent guest experience
- You will ideally have extensive beverage experience gained in a similar role within high quality hotel, restaurants or Golf Clubs
- You will be passionate and professional in your work, organised and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be committed to delivering high standards at all times
- You will be a motivated team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
