Trainee Administrator

Collision Repair Group offers a fully mobile ADAS recalibration, coding and diagnostic service to our blue chip clients on a UK wide basis.

We are currently recruiting for trainee administrators to join the team at our Contact Centre / Head Office based in Hinckley, Leicestershire

The Role

We are looking for trainee administrators who will operate within the scheduling, coding or finance teams and as such you will be mentored and supported by a Departmental Head at all times engaging and supporting the field and digital operation team members to deliver excellence for our customers on a UK wide basis whatever your role.

You could be required to liaise with our customers and technicians to ensure all work instructions are correctly scheduled, managed and completed within strict Service Level Agreements in a very dynamic environment. You could be helping our digital operation with IT, coding and diagnostics or even supporting the finance team to ensure both our customers and supplier partners are dealt with in a prompt and proactive manner along with other 'back office' functions.

You will eventually own and manage your own work load and prioritise all daily duties efficiently and effectively on a consistent and relentless basis once you have a full understanding of your role, the expectations placed on you along with successful completion of all training and the requisite qualifications.

This is a Monday to Friday office based role, ideally 8am-5pm

**Requirements**:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Customer service experience
You want to progress and can demonstrate your ambition both for yourself and the business
Attention to detail
Exacting standards for yourself and others
Deadline driven
High levels of energy with a 'can do' positive attitude at all times
Team player but capable of working on own initiative to fully understand implications of changes and effective working methods
Excellent organisation skills
