**Pallet Repairer (Targeted position)**

**£13.15 per hour fully trained rate**

TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Grangemouth to assist with sourcing operators who have experience using power tools and hand tools to add to the team as Pallet Repairers working on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.

**Week 1**: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm, **Week 2**: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm

**What does a Pallet Repairer look like within our client?**
- Working in a very fast paced environment assessing broken pallets that are returned from the customer to determine if they can be repaired or if they will be scrapped
- Working towards targets carrying out repairs on broken pallets using a variation of power tools, the size of repair can vary from pallet to pallet
- Dismantling pallets to be scrapped if they are not able to be repaired

- A temp to perm opportunity within a business offering a standard of 37.5 hours per week
- Training rate of £11.44 per hour, as soon as you become competent in the role and meeting the set target of 275 pallets per day your rate will increase to up to £13.15 per hour
