We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team

Due to increased business, we are seeking experienced Maintenance Joiners.

As a Joiner in the business you will be responsible to carry out joinery work on maintenance and project works including window and door replacements. To ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.

We are looking for a good all-rounder within the joinery and construction/building trade, offering a competitive pay rate, over-time and access to a company vehicle this is an unmissable opportunity to join our growing company.

Essential Skills Required:
Good all-round knowledge of joiner works and property maintenance.

Measure up jobs and order materials.

Full UK driving licence.

Good communication skills.

High level of customer care.

Work as part of a team, follow instructions, work on own initiative and be adaptable.

Desirable:
Knowledge and experience of general roof repairs and construction works.

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (required)
- Carpentry: 1 year (required)

- Joinery qualification (preferred)
- driving licence (required)
