We are looking for a Head of Social Media to spearhead the end-to-end development and implementation of comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies across multiple platforms for a diverse portfolio of growing accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of social media specialists and collaborate closely with internal teams like Content, SEO, and web design to ensure consistent branding messaging across all client platforms.

As the new Head of Social Media, you will actively monitor and analyse the results from social media campaigns and communities to measure data and performance and refine and optimise multiple brands strategies. You will be responsible for creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

**About You**:

- You are a talented Social Media Manager or Social Media Lead with a track record of success that demonstrates an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- You are a highly skilled communicator with the ability to craft engaging content and adapt the tone for different audiences and are looking for the opportunity to lead a team and grow a department.
- You possess a collaborative spirit and a proven ability to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels, working closely with Content, SEO, and web design teams.
- You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data, identify current and future trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- You can demonstrate your ability to manage projects and social media individuals to successfully multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines under your leadership.
- You have experience with paid and organic social media advertising, including campaign management and budget optimisation.
- You can show relevant commercial experience working within digital marketing agencies where you have delivered strategies and grown multiple brands social presence.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
