Due to our recent successes, R.E.A.L. Education is growing and the need for our services grows with us. We are now recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants to compliment our provision by providing hands-on support to our Lead Teachers, Curriculum Leads and Learners across all of our R.E.A.L. sites.

We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are able to easily demonstrate and role model the positive values, attitudes and behaviours that we expect of our Learners and Staff.

**Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant**

**Salary**: £21,600 per annum

**Hours**: Maximum of 37.5 hours per week, term time only (39 working weeks) - Permanent, full-time.
