Kidderminster College has a career defining vacancy within the senior leadership team, for a **Vice Principal**. Reporting directly to the Principal, this role is an excellent opportunity for a creative thinker with good business acumen and tireless dedication to student progression and achievements. As a Vice Principal, you will be expected to engage with all aspects of college life, and fully embrace our values, ethos, and policies.

You will be ambitious, with a strong strategic focus, and a developmental emphasis. Combining expert operational experience, with strong leadership and communication skills, including experience of working collaboratively with managers and key stakeholders across the wider organisation, you will have the opportunity to work with executives across the NCG group on key projects.

A key focus of your role will be to support the Principal in leading Kidderminster College on its journey to an outstanding, ensuring an excellent learning experience both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the College’s curriculum strategy is demand led and guarantees skilled employment or appropriate progression. Providing effective leadership and championing strong financial acumen throughout the organisation will be of paramount importance.
