Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of x2 Mobile cleaners for a social housing organisation based in Hartlepool.

**Duties of Mobile Cleaner**:

- Mobile Cleaners work 30 hours per week on a two-week rota of mornings and afternoons/evening with occasional Saturdays as required
- Work in all weather conditions; carrying equipment and supplies from the parked vehicle to the scheduled site to be cleaned
- Mobile cleaners must be able to utilise both the cleaning equipment and technology provided to assist with scheduling work productively, gathering business intelligence and allowing for effective communication
- Provide and maintain a high profile, customer driven mobile cleaning service on behalf of Thirteen, ensuring great customer service is delivered in line with business expectations
- Comply with all legislation Including Health & Safety and GDPR requirements in relation to cleaning, equipment, chemicals, site rules, needle stick awareness, lone working, driving, and service processes and procedures

**Essential requirements of the Cleaner**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, verbally and face to face
- Good understanding of COSHH, material data sheets and Health & Safety
- Full UK drivers licence
