Live in Groundskeeper

We are a family owned and operated unique wedding venue based in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside.
Originally an old turkey farm, we have renovated it over the last few years into the award winning venue it is today
We run a glamping site in the summer months that stands as our accommodation for our weddings.
We are looking to recruit either a couple or 2 individuals over March - October possibly November to assist us in the day to day maintenance and running of the venue/farm.
We are looking for enthusiastic applicants who are self motivated, but who are looking to work as part of a friendly and driven team.
Both roles are multi functional but are split as follows:
1. Groundskeeper/Maintenance/ Hospitality duties - kitchen, bar and waiting.
- Driving Machinery
- Lawn Mowing
- Minor repair work and DIY
- Grounds/Landscaping/maintenance and upkeep
- Maintaining supplies, tools and Inventory
- Help setting up campsite
- Cutting and preparing fire wood
- Speaking and liaising with customers
- Experience in grounds, gardening or landscaping roles
- A valid driving license, tractor license or proficiency in operating machinery would be advantageous
- Any experience across the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with the use of maintenance and gardening equipment
- Be able to carry out physical maintenance jobs, that will included, lifting, carrying and getting on and off machinery
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills and the capability to prioritise work and carry out tasks independently
- Excellent customer service skills
2. HouseKeeping/Hospitality duties - kitchen, bar and waiting.
- Changing of beds, laundry and drying
- Cleaning and sanitising designated areas
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Replenishing supplies, stock management
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Keeping venue and site in good order
- Speaking and liaising with customers
- Previous housekeeping /hospitality or similar experience
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instruction
- Good time management skills
- Strong customer service skills

This is a live in position adjacent to the main house, with your own living accommodation with bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. A car will also be available for use.
