Sourcing Specialist

**Description**:
**General Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creates role-based sourcing strategy using all available vehicles including, but not limited to social media, databases, career websites / job boards, etc.
- Develops and executes digital sourcing strategy
- May participate in intake meeting(s) with Hiring Managers
- Curates talent communities and makes outreach on a defined frequency
- Works with Talent Acquisition Recruiter to align on creating talent pipelines
- Conducts basic labor market insights (e.g. LinkedIn Insights) to support strategy.

You have experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting as well as in-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape in Financial Services/Insurance industry.
