Christmas is a very busy time in the retail world. Here at Mappin & Webb, whilst our watch and jewellery specialists are busy sharing their knowledge and expertise we are looking for Guest Experience Experts to provide a friendly and welcoming first impression to our guests as they enter the Showroom. Whether it's meeting and greeting, booking of appointments, wrapping and boxing purchases or assisting with collections you will be providing assistance to the Sales Team as and when required and ensure that the Showroom is orderly and clean during this peak trading period.

**Responsibilities**:
The Host will very often be the first person a customer see when they enter the store - as such this is a key role
You will be responsible for the following:

- Meeting and greeting our guests in a positive and friendly way
- Making them feel welcome on entering and browsing the Showroom
- Offering and serving refreshments
- Establishing requirements and managing any potential waiting times
- Assisting the Sales Team in order to streamline the sales processes - for example, wrapping or boxing purchases or processing the sale
- Assisting or completing collection orders (click and collect purchases)
- Assisting in the maintaining of excellent standards throughout the Showroom
