This will ensure our guests feel reassured that we always have their interests at the heart of everything we do.

You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with food hygiene and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

This role is to join the Catering Manager, in working across out Food Outlets on park. These include; Dessert Parlour, Chip Shop and Cafe.

As a Catering Assistant you are responsible for:
**Business**:

- Providing an outstanding experience in either our Cafe, Dessert Parlour or Chip Shop, ensuring great service, high quality products offered and consistency in your approach.
- Take accurate orders, Cook, Prepare and Serve food orders.
- Ensure portion sizes are correct and following standard procedures.
- Offering a clean and safe environment for all.
- Recognise dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
- Ensure a robust knowledge of all products provided,
- To deliver food promptly, to serve customers in a professional manner, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned accurately to the correct safety standards.
- Operating the till system in an efficient and accurate manner
- Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
- Sufficient in stock rotation and management.

**Guests**:

- Ensuring all guests are given a warm welcome and a first-class service, giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.
- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement
