**Accommodation Advisor**

**Job type: Full and part time roles available**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Salary: £25,227 per annum plus unsocial working hours supplement (£400 p/a)**

**Hours: 35 hours per week (+ 5 hours paid lunch) or 20 hours per week**

**Service operating hours 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday**

**Location: HMP Leicester, with support in local community settings**

**What do our Accommodation Advisors do?**

Working in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service, you’ll work with a caseload of adult males in custody to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs. You’ll carry out initial assessments to understand each person’s specific needs to agree a tailored action plan. This may include the provision of support to end or sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice and liaison with other agencies. You’ll provide support face to face with individuals and groups.
