**Junior Negotiator - £19,000 PA**

**About this role**

The successful applicant will become part of our busy and lively team, working between both our Auction Department and Commercial Agency Department. You must be able to work confidently on your own with good time keeping and diary management as well as working with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day responsibilities.

**A full clean UK Driving Licence and your own car is essential.**

Tasks to include but not limited to:

- Carry out a high volume of block viewings during auction marketing periods
- Carry out viewings by appointment (sometimes meeting clients/tenants on site)
- Chase up and collect keys from clients/agents etc.
- Meet Surveyors at properties to give access
- Take good quality internal and exterior photographs of properties
- Support the Property Videographer to undertake virtual video tours of properties using Matterport when required (full training will be provided).
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries in a professional and polite manner on days when based in the office
- Attend auction events throughout the year - which may include additional hours on auction days, auction weeks and deadline weeks
- All other administrative tasks that may be required as and when - you may be expected to take on other tasks, which may become part of your job role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and confident person to join our busy, energetic team. The successful applicant must be able to multitask and prioritise work whilst offering a friendly and professional service to our clients, as well as:

- Have a full clean UK Driving Licence and your own car
- Experience within the property industry (preferred but not essential)
- Be able to communicate professionally in writing, by telephone and in person
- Organise your workload efficiently
- Work well under pressure
- Good timekeeping
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own

**Location & Commitments**
- Our office is located in Birmingham city centre
- You will be required to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- A full clean UK Driving Licence and your own car is essential
- You will be out on the road the majority of the time, with some days spent in the office helping out with general admin
- On auction days, deadlines, and auction weeks you may be required to work overtime without additional pay
