Job Title: Export Shipping Coordinator
Location: Redditch

**Salary**: Depending on experience - £20,000 to £26,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:45am to 5pm
We are currently looking for an Export Shipping Coordinator to join our client whether you have experience, or you have recently graduated and have a passion in the Air/Sea freight industry.

Day to day duties will include the following:

- Follow strict and time sensitive KPI's to ensure compliance
- Work closely with internal and external customers
- Invoicing and job costing
- Good knowledge of export customers entries
- Regular customer communications
- Ensure all reports including the internal and customer specific are completed within the deadline
- Resolve customer queries
- Maintain folder and files within the operating systems
- Complete all daily work schedules

As an individual you will need the following:

- Microsoft Office proficient - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ideally Export experience
- Knowledge of multi-modal export processes (ideally)
- Well organised
- Procedure and SOP writing skills
- Negotiation skills
