Summary

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker who has recent experience of working with children, young people and families to support the needs of the community which we serve. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our pastoral team, dedicated to giving the children the best life chances possible, building the futures they deserve.

- works with a genuine child-centred approach;
- is passionate and knowledgeable about children's learning and development
- has proven record of working successfully with a range of stakeholders in school to support children, young people and their families through interventions to raise achievement
- has experience of working in a personalised way to best meet the needs of children, young people and families to overcome barriers to learning
- is able to work effectively in managing their time and have excellent communication skills
- has a good sense of humour and positive attitude

This position is term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
