Warehouse Supervisor

Recon Recruitment have a brand-new position as a **warehouse supervisor **based in **Wollaton, Nottingham.**

Our exclusive client is based in Wollaton, Nottingham. They are a family run company who have been in operation for over 20 years, supplying worktops and desktops nationwide to businesses, and stores.

They are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse supervisor who can take on a full time role working Monday
- Friday 0800 - 1700. The company have policies stating that they require employees to participate in planned overtime when work demand is higher then usual.

You will be managing a team of 3 - 15 staff members to make sure targets are being reached and productivity is high.

You must have
- A minimum 3 years’ experience as warehouse supervisor or team leader.
- Must be up to date with health and safety compliance.
- Be used to working with manufacturing standards.
- Ensure self and staff always comply with Company procedures and policies.
- Be used to working in a busy fast paced environment.
