**Title: Rose Nursery Grower**
**Part time - seasonal**
**Role**:
The Rose Nursery Grower is a pivotal role in the team. Responsible for potting new stock of roses, pruning and maintaining stock.
Working either alone or as part of a group of two or three, in an outdoors environment.
**Reports to**:
Nursery manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Potting new stock, transfer into growing area and attaching roses to irrigation system.
- Handling/lifting bags of compost, pots and moving trolleys of roses.
- Pruning, weeding, watering, plant disease control and general maintenance of roses.
- Assist packing team during peak times
**Location**
Main growing area - Sawmills Farm, Westbourne

Subject to age and experience

Pay: From £15,000.00 per year
