Telecommunication Planner

Install, configure, and maintain telecommunication systems, including telephone lines, PBX systems, and video conferencing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunication issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to communication services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify communication needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor telecommunication systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to telecommunication systems to ensure they are up to date and secure.
- Train employees on how to effectively use telecommunication systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of telecommunication issues and maintain service level agreements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunication technology, providing recommendations for system enhancements as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of telecommunication policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring they have a positive experience with our telecommunication systems.

**Salary**: £33,000.00 per year
