**Role responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operational process of the Urb-it hub
- Optimise the lead time of processing parcels for delivery
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Organize and implement training programs for couriers
- Perform daily inspection of the hub grounds
- Coordinate and assist in maintaining fleets and equipment
- Maintain records of and report relevant information

**Role KPI's**

Hub Performance:

- Maximise success rate on first attempt
- Maximise end customer satisfaction
- Maximise deliveries per hour
- Minimise process lead times
- Minimise process mistakes
