Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our team. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic on construction sites or other designated areas. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in coordinating the movement of vehicles and pedestrians.

**Duties**:

- Directing traffic and guiding vehicles safely within the site premises
- Communicating effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and other site personnel
- Using hand signals, flags, or other designated methods to control traffic flow
- Assisting in the coordination of deliveries and ensuring smooth vehicle access
- Monitoring parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel
- Assisting with general site duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with drivers, pedestrians, and colleagues
- Valid driving license is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to traffic management is desirable
