We're looking for a talented and ambitious
_Associate Director Masterplanning_ to work for our client.

In this
_Associate Director Masterplanning_ role you'll be responsible for overseeing a high performance team designing places that demonstrate best practice urbanism (with a practical knowledge of designing compact neighbourhoods, active travel and landscape led design responses).

Its a hybrid role.You'll need experience of:

- Preparing visions for large-scale mixed use communities
- Creating design guidance in the form of strategic and/or detailed design codes, guides and briefs
- Designing places that demonstrate best practice urbanism (with a practical knowledge of designing compact neighbourhoods, active travel and landscape led design responses)
- Managing junior staff/projects/liaising successfully with clients

In addition, you'll need experience using programmes similar to vectorworks and/or autocad, adobe creative suite and sketch-up.

**The ideal person for the role will be the following**:

- Able to travel to our Birmingham offices as required for team collaboration
