SearchLand is a cutting-edge B2B off-market land sourcing platform that provides detailed and accurate data on property and land. Our clients range from property developers to land agents, architects, and planners. We assist our customers in making informed decisions about acquiring land and property for development.

Our platform offers a variety of services, including property valuation history, land constraint data, land layering, workspace management, and a built-in letter sending tool that allows customers to directly contact land and property owners for acquisition.

**About the role: What are we looking for?**

We're in search of an innovative Product Manager/Customer Support specialist to join our team. This is a unique role that combines product management and customer support. You will link between the customers, sales and development.

**Your responsibilities**
- Ownership of the roadmap working closely with two of our Co-founders.
- Collaborate closely with our development team to implement new features and improvements based on customer feedback.
- Provide top-tier customer support, including troubleshooting issues, answering product-related questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, championing their needs and requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Help organise and develop product training and documentation for customers to ensure they understand and can fully utilise our platform.

**Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with bug reporting and customer support software like Intercom or Gleap.
- Ability to travel to London for ad/hoc activities.

**Desired**
- Prior experience in a start-up environment.
- Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
- Familiarity with the real estate sector would be advantageous.
- Experience in a SaaS Tech company
