Apprentice - Reprographics
Rare and excellent opportunity to join a fast paced established company in the manufacturing and print sector.
Due to further expansion and progression we are looking to fill a role within our busy reprographics department.
This department is at the centre of our print production and will call on your abilities to design, create and process customers’ requirements to fit with our manufacturing processes.
As a company we have grown to become one of the leading Employee Owned Businesses within the UK and provide many benefits with opportunities for progression and further development.
Come and join our exciting journey as we continue with diversification and development.
Working within reprographics will involve both manual working to produce flexographic and lithographic plates for print as well as using digital graphic software. We mostly use Adobe Creative Cloud software for design production.
We are manufacturing 24/7 which means that we are producing printing plates to cover this time. This requires working to production schedules and requires a lot of attention to detail.
In combination with the BPIF, the apprenticeship is for a Level 3 Print Technician with a specialist focus on Pre-Press Operative/Technician.
The training will take place in our Reprographics Department at our head office in Telford with opportunities for further development in our Redditch and Corby Design and Reprographics departments.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Once your apprenticeship is completed there are opportunities to develop within the department. Career progression is encouraged within our business and opportunities can arise in other parts of the company and our employees are always encouraged to develop as much as they want.
