Robert Hurst require a Painter with **IPAF **for immediate start in Sittingbourne doing mechanical prep and painting
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality of painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment while working with paints and chemicals
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist with other tasks as needed in the fabrication and assembly process
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint quantities
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to painting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions
- Experience with welding or mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects as required in a warehouse environment
