Security Officer

Experienced security officer required. You must have a Valid SIA Badge, and a full driving licence as this role will be required to a drive vehicle throughout shifts - Shifts will vary per week from 31 - 21 Hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rotation which will include weekend work and Monday - Friday and will allow for 2 weekends on 2 weekends off

This role will require flexibility as sickness /holiday cover may be needed.

Shift Times are currently 2pm - 9pm Monday - Friday Weekend shifts 09:00 til 21:00 but occasionally it will increase based on business needs

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
- Protect property from theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any security breaches
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
