**Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator**

**Location: Fairford**

**Position: Permanent**

**Sales & Lettings Negotiator Role**:

- Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
- Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
- Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
- Conduct viewings of properties for sale and for let
- Perform the duties of a Progressor
- Administer contract paperwork in relation to sale and rental properties
- Recording and reporting of maintenance issues
- Update window displays and website
- Compose marketing literature
- Undertake direct marketing
- Update social media sites
- Provide office cover when required

**Sales & Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience**:

- Be well presented and confident
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Be articulate with good written skills
- Work well under pressure
- Be approachable at all times
- Able to work independently or as part of the team.
- You must have a driving licence and a car

Hours of Work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm on a rota
