**Electrician - Commercial FM**

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to work with a Public Sector Estates Team. The position will be working on PPM and reactive maintenance in a live commercial building. This is a full time role, with opportunity for overtime on weekends..

**Essential Requirements**:

- SVQ Lvl 3 Electrician
- Valid ECS/ SJIB
- 18th Edition
- Disclosure Scotland
- Current UK Drivers License

**Main Duties include**:

- Commercial Environment
- Carry out planned maintenance routines on electrical systems.
- Observe safety rules and regulations
- Repair/Replace defective electrical equipment
- Maintain good housekeeping safe practices
- Upkeep and compliance with risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Self-motivated with the ability to work equally well using their own initiative, unsupervised or as part of a team.
