**SALARY**:£24-£28 an hour

**HOURS**:Onsite role 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Office Angels are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing company making waves in the industry. The company has gone from strength to strength and has doubled in size over the last 2 years.

Our client is in need of a Facilities Manager with a strong Project Management background to manage and maintain their site, oversee an office move and be the main point of contact for all Facilities queries. This is an ongoing role with potential scopeto become permanent for the right individual.

**About your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- To manage all staff and building H&S including desk assessments and ensuring the sites always have the correct number of fire marshals and first aiders
- Ensure all sites have enough security in place and buildings are left locked and secure
- Manage all Utility contracts for the building, liaising and negotiating the best contract terms with suppliers
- Ensure the sites are properly maintained, including planned maintenance and adhoc repairs by liaising with contractors
- Monitor spend against the budget of building costs throughout all sites
- Ensure any on-site contractor has relevant method statements, risk assessments and insurance to be on site
- Responsible for secure data storage for all visitor and accident book information according to GDPR regulation
- Able to perform risk assessments and follow up with policies and procedures to ensure smooth running
- Be on top of a local office move project to ensure it is on track to complete for Q1

**About you**:

- Proven experience within a Facilities Manager role
- Strong project management experience
- Computer literate in particular Microsoft Office and Excel
- Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
- Knowledge of HVAC and open and closed water systems
- Flexibility in working hours, due to the nature of the role out of hours call outs can occur
