Regency Living is a family owned business offering a curated collection of luxury park bungalow communities, nestled in some of the most desirable locations in the UK. A Regency park bungalow defines high-end living in a welcoming, secure community that allows residents to enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle in which to enjoy the finer aspects of life.

As a result of new ownership, we are seeking dedicated and reliable Groundskeepers to join our team based on site in Dunton. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our communal spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Performing regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging communal grassed areas
- Planting, watering, weeding and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operating hand tools and power tools to complete various groundskeeping tasks
- Small maintenance jobs on communal facilities eg., bin storage, gas bottle storage etc
- Leaf blowing, composting, laying turf, shingle, woodchip etc
- Delivering gas bottles to residents
- Reading on site utility meters
- Maintain cleanliness of roads, signage and communal areas
- Monitor and report any issues or damages to the Head Groundsman/Park Supervisor

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools commonly used in groundskeeping
- Ability to irrigate plants effectively to ensure their health and vitality
- Experience in carrying out small remedial maintenance works
- Knowledge of garden maintenance techniques including planting, watering, and pruning
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices to keep outdoor spaces looking their best
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging trenches or lifting heavy objects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,774.00-£23,056.00 per year
