Interaction Recruitment are working with our client based in East Harling who are looking for a Transport Administrator to join their team on a perm basis.

The TA will be responsible for the overall administration for their local site, this will include data entry into TMS system, Completing General Haulage / Pallet Network admin to ensure my client capture’s all information and revenue., Manage the payroll administration for site, people management which will coincide with HR duties as directed by the site management.

**More duties and requirements include**:

- Carry out the data entry of information onto the relevant system, identifying and resolving any discrepancies and prepare all documentation relating to the movement/transportation of goods in an accurate and efficient manner to deliver high customer service levels. Reconcile revenue weekly from Sterling, reduce zero rated jobs to less than 5%, overseeing customer pricing to ensure we capture all revenue, completing KPI’s for customers inline with their contractual agreements.
- Producing Management information as directed.
- The Collation of data of employees into a managed system to distribute to central payroll. Managing and introducing a new electronic system to streamline the payroll process avoiding downtime, with concise data consolidation.
- Responsibility of Health and Safety as directed by site management, involvement of monthly meetings with designated site staff to resolve queries and awareness of site. Writing up of H&S committee meetings and distributing as required, conduct H&S audits as directed by site management.
- Completing and maintaining a training matrix sending out reminders to relevant staff regarding training and refresher training. Working closely with the compliance officer to ensure compliance is met in all areas.
