**Key duties**:

- Create compelling copy and content for online articles, posts, social media channels, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership across a range of industry-related topics, catering to diverse audiences.
- The ability to own creative projects from start to finish - always have brand consistency, timely delivery, and best practice for each channel in mind.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand their content requirements and integrate feedback for content refinement.
- Engaging in briefings, conducting interviews with our internal technical teams and clients as needed, and documenting these interactions to curate content for blogs, news items, use cases, and other relevant purposes.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with experts from other internal teams and fellow team members to understand data and utilise available systems, ensuring the delivery of optimal content for client communications.
- To ensure that content across our various communication channels meets high standards, remains consistent with our brand, and drives engagement for us and our clients.
- Adapt existing content for various purposes, such as website, op-eds, speaking opportunities, and necessary copy updates.

**Your skills and experience**:

- A degree in English, creative writing, journalism or similar and experience of working in a business-to-business and technical environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel creative projects.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing exceptional copy and content writing skills.
- Keen eye for detail, mastery of English grammar and style, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and a comprehensive understanding of digital strategies (note: this is not a technical role).
- Solid grasp of digital marketing channels, including SEO, UX, analytics, and social media best practices.
