**Salary range**
Salary 29k to 32k dependent on experience.
Working hours:
4 days On - 4 days Off
10.30am - 10.30pm
Break : 1 hour unpaid

**Probation**
3 Months.

**Sick pay**
4 Weeks full pay 20 weeks half pay

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers at the bar/lounge area and ensure all customers in the area comply with the guest policy and they have right of access
- Checking in/out customers via the dedicated portal
- Preparing cocktails and other refreshments/snacks
- Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
- Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly
- Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer
- Report to Premium Facilities Host on low stock levels
- Placing orders and managing stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with Premises Licence (in terms of max occupancy, behaviour, noise, ASB)
- Cleaning the bar, washing glasses, and wiping down surfaces
- Taking card payments from customers
- Verifying the age and checking the identification of customers
- Ensuring that the bar/lounge area is clean and free from customers by closing time
- Take part or assist with evacuation and other emergency proceaures

Report any defective equipment
- Liaise with contactors attending the area for repairs, maintenance and servicing
- Assist with the set-up and execution of events
- Complaints handling
- Any other reasonable task as required by line manager

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
