The Chair of Trustees is a critical and important role within the Schools community and oversees the strategic development and direction of the Schools and guides governance to the highest possible standards.

Applicants will have a thorough understanding of good governance gained through leadership experience, management, or operations of a large multi-faced organisation with competing demands, in the education, business, government or not-for-profit environment. Experience of change management, regulated environments, commercial innovation or mergers and acquisitions may also be beneficial.

In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the post holder be committed to the Christian faith as a Roman Catholic or as a member of another Christian denomination.
