Reservations Agent

Due to a successful few months we are looking to expand our Front of House team and are looking for a dynamic Reservations Agent to join our Make your Day Team at Brooklands Hotel

The reservation agent has responsibility for managing all bedroom, spa and restaurant bookings and following procedures to maximize revenue. They must demonstrate high energy levels for our fast paced environment, attention to detail and focus on providing four-star customer service to the highest standard from booking, to arrival to checkout. We are looking for someone with a great personality and can do attitude who has the ability to multi task. Rota basis 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Previous experience in hotel front of house preferable, however would also suit a hospitality graduate wanting to start in the industry. Training will be given and room for progression.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
