As **Head of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing**you'll work closely with the founders joining a very passionate team in a beautiful rural location. Being an accomplished "all rounder", you will manage digital marketing channels (PPC, social mediaand affiliates are key), a Shopify website and CRM plans

key responsibilities:

- Manage & own paid advertising channels and affiliate marketing channels
- Execute SEO best practice throughout the website to ensure new and existing content is optimised
- Create engaging, responsive and captivating social media content according to audience and platform, evaluate new channels and incorporate as appropriate. Fully utilise internal resources for photo and video content.
- Manage agency relationships (briefs, regularly review performance, budget and suitability)
- Conversion optimization and e-commerce management (Shopify website)
- Track and measure activity, sharing outcomes and opportunities with senior management
