Third in Charge

An experienced Nursery Room Leader is being sought for this lovely outstanding nursery in Addlestone as Third In Charge. Based on a 40 hr week salary is up to £28k depending on experience, together with benefits including £1000 welcome bonus, plus performance related bonus, onsite parking, free lunches together with future career progression.

Ideally you will have
- Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
- Have at least 1 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
- Can inspire, energise and support others
- Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
- A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
